Malobika Sengupta

Ms. Sengupta is a marketing professional with over twenty one years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in product development, brand and media management, marketing, administration and developing and implementing strategies in India and overseas. Ms. Sengupta has always excelled in academics. She won a National Scholarship and topped the PGDBM Batch of Marketing & Finance at the National Productivity Council. She graduated with an honours in Mathematics from Ranchi University and was ranked first in the university. She then proceeded to take a course in Statistics from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute, Hyderabad.

She is also a postgraduate in Marketing and Finance from FMS, Delhi. Ms. Sengupta began her career in Product Management in the building material industry and then moved on to Brand Management, Corporate Communication and Advertising. She is one of the founder members of WLCI and has been associated with the organisation for the past eighteen years.

Brig. Chandra Mukesh

A post graduate in English Literature from the Delhi University and a Masters in Defence Studies, Brig. Chandra Mukesh has a rich experience of over thirty five years in instructional, staff and command appointments in the Defence Services. He has conducted training and development at various levels of command and has handled human resources of high magnitude while maintaining operational efficiencies during his tenure as a Brigadier. He has been associated with training institution as head of campus wherein he handled the overall academic management while ensuring administrative efficiencies of the campus. He is currently heading the Ability Creation department at the WLCI corporate office.

Mayur Satyavrat

With more than sixteen years of experience in HR field, Mr Satyavrat is currently the Director Human Resources at Viacom18(MTV, Colors, Nick, VH1). He has been associated with various organizations of repute as a Master Facilitator at Tata AIG, Vice President & Head- Training & Organisation development at Motilal Oswal Fin Services Ltd., Chief Manager Learning & Development at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Manager Training at Kinetic Eng Ltd and State Training Head at Amway India. He is a ‘Certified HRD’ facilitator from IIM Indore, Level 4 Certified in ‘Organization Development’ from ISABS and Certified ‘Training Professional’ from ISTD. He has been instrumental in setting up ‘Center of Excellence’ which consists of ‘Academy of excellence’, ‘Universe of wealth & financial management’, ‘Knowledge Management’, ‘Content & Resource Center’, ‘Learning Management System’ & E-Learning.

Ranjan Sarkar

With more than sixteen years of HR experience in various industries, Mr Sarkar is currently the GM - Group HR Projects & Head Talent Development & OD for Ceat (India, Srilanka, Bangladesh). Having completed his Masters in Business from Symbiosis Institute, Mr Sarkar has been associated with several reputed organizations like Kotak Mahindra, Zee Group, Glaxo Smithkline, Shaw Wallace, CEAT Tyres inter alia. He has been applauded for his professional feat of ‘Change Assignment’ at CEAT through Operational Efficiency, Talent building & OD and Greenfield turnaround Project – creating a start-up HR function at Dish TV.

Deepti Baveja

Ms. Baveja has twenty three years of experience in advertising. She has been a creative director and a design consultant and has worked with leading brands such as TATA, Godfrey Phillips India, Dabur, HMV, ITDC, Nestle, Delhi Tourism and Kerala Tourism. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts from Delhi College of Art, Delhi University. An MFA, Gold Medalist from Delhi University, she has conducted workshops and projects in the Royal College of Art London, UK. She was also empanelled as specialist lecturer with the Dept. of Technical Education and Art colleges. She is an active member of Indian Design Alliance Institute (IDAI). Her interest lies in the area of idea generation and lateral thinking.

Seema Nair

Ms. Nair is a marketing professional with an experience of eighteen years in various industries. She began her career as a Marketing Head in Aptech Computer Education in 1994. She has proven leadership skills having worked up her way from the floor level to hold senior management positions as a National Sales Head. While in the industry she has held senior management positions in the functions of sales & marketing, operations and customer relations. A self-driven and result-oriented professional, she ensured exponential growth in sales. She has experience in policy formulation and administration of HR activities like manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, organising training and development programs. Ms. Nair has always excelled in academics. She graduated in Psychology from Delhi University and was ranked first in the university. She then proceeded to take an MBA course in HR from Symbiosis College, Pune. Deeply committed to professional training, she teaches diverse subjects such as Human Resource Management, IOP, Conflict Management, Talent Management, and Organisational Behavior.

Col. Sanjib Nag

Col. Nag has served in the Indian Army for thirty four years. During his long tenure in the Army, he has served in varied capacities and has attended a large number of prestigious army courses including the LGSC, DSSC and LDMC courses. He holds three postgraduate degrees, is a doctorate research scholar of the University of Pune and has taken a short course from IIM-Calcutta. Col. Nag has extensive teaching and training experience, having trained thousands of middle and senior level Indian and Foreign Armed Forces Officers, DRDO Scientists and PG Management students. He is also an Accredited Management Trainer certified by AIMA.

Shyam Singh

Mr. Singh has an experience of over ten years in industries like Banking, Chemicals, ITES, Training and Education, having worked in companies such as Barclays Bank, London; Time Manager International, Denmark; Intelenet, Mumbai and Fluorochem , Gujarat. His expertise is in the areas of sales, marketing, training and general management. He has conducted training in the areas of sales, financial services, ITES and manufacturing. He is currently handling the WLCI Mumbai Campus as Campus Head and also the faculty and SME for Sales & Marketing in the Department of Business of WLC College. He is a science graduate from Mumbai University and has studied Business Management from Herriot-Watt University, UK. He is also a member of Association of Business Executives, London.

Binika Ramesh

Ms. Ramesh Is a management professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience. She is the Senior Manager-Operations of our Chennai Campus. In addition to her responsibility of handling operations, Ms. Binika is also a very well qualified faculty in Retail Management, Soft Skills Facilitator who brings to the domain her expertise as a retail operations head for a large retail chain and a soft skill trainer. With formal qualifications in management from reputed international institution she brings to the role, a vast theoretical knowledge coupled with practical application of the same as a consequence of having worked in diverse industries with varied roles and responsibilities. Ms. Binika has completed her Masters in Business Administration from Adam Smith University in the US. In addition to this management qualification, she has completed the intermediate program of the Company Secretaries of India, a Post Graduate diploma in Marketing Management from Annamalai University and a Bacclaureate Degree in Commerce from Madras University. In her current role, Ms Binika has the complete responsibility for academic delivery, facility management, the finance function and overall effective functioning of the Chennai Campus.

Pronoy Dutt

An Alumnus of Wigan & Leigh, UK, Pronoy is a highly competent HR professional with more than ten years of proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational development, management consulting & corporate training with leading people centric organisations such as Gallup Consulting as Director of Talent Sourcing, Head of Human Resources at Costa Coffee India & Senior Manager - Corporate HR at Escorts Limited. Pronoy has strong expertise in conceptualising and devising HR Strategies. As a Performance Management Consultant at Gallup Consulting, he was instrumental in assessing the workplace dynamics, preparation of Employee Engagement Survey Instrument and Post Survey Implementation & Training for world-class organisations. Pronoy is currently working as General Manager - Human Resources at WLCI Limited & responsible for driving corporate HR & talent acquisition initiatives for acquiring the best talent in the research, educational, corporate training & consulting industry for WLCI's rapidly expanding business operations. Also, Pronoy is actively involved with the WLCI ‘Ability Creation Team’ & responsible for content development and teaching of talent acquisition & learning services modules, selection, assessment & coaching of WLCI learners

Vasudeva Rao

Mr. Rao has served in Indian Air Force for eighteen years at various prominent locations and promoted to "Senior Non-Commissioned Officer" with continuous assessment grade of being excellent. Apart from holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Rao has done Masters in Business Administration from Andhra University and is a Gold Medallist in PG Diploma in Retail Management from Bhavans College of Management.

Geisha Thapar

Ms. Thapar began her career as a Fashion Designer with the leading export house-"Opera House". She has experience of handling the entire spectrum of Design operations including conceptualisation, planning & implementation, design strategies and organisational growth and development. She was instrumental in developing profitable business relations with a range of domestic and overseas buyers. She also presented sequences of fashion apparels for fashion studios and various fashion colleges. Her expertise lies in designing, professional training, communication and personality development. Ms. Thapar is a B.Sc. with specialisation in ‘Textile Science’ from Lady Irwin College, DU, and an Advance Professional Diploma holder in Fashion Technology, DU where she was the topper in her batch.

Anamika Sahay

A seasoned HR Professional with more than a decade of experience in all HR aspects of the Employee Life Cycle with special contribution in Employee Engagement , Performance Management System, Employee Retention, Employee Communication and Talent Development & Capability Building. Ms Sahay is a Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute, Pune and has twelve years of HR leadership in well known organizations like Standard Chartered Bank, IBM India Pvt. Ltd., ITC Infotech, Usha Martin etc. She has driven various unique initiatives and has been applauded for her efforts.

Tejas Karhadker

An MBA in Human Resources from IBMRD, Pune University with thirteen plus years of extensive HR experience in varied industries like Engineering, Telecom, Manufacturing and the Service industry. He has an expertise in handling end-to-end HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development. Currently working with Knight Frank India, he has been associated with various organizations of repute like Bharti-Axa General Insurance Company Limited, Reliance Communications etc.

Vikrant Bhargava

Digital Marketing & Sales Strategist with overall fourteen years of experience in digital, mobile marketing & analytics, ecommerce, sales & telesales. Currently working as a Senior Planning Director at Ogilvy and Mather, he has eight plus years hands on experience in digital marketing, web traffic analytics, online sales, social media listening and analytics, tactical planning and media planning & buying. Besides, he has extensive experience in retail sales, online sales and institutional sales, setting and operating organized retail/ modern stores, business development and B2B sales experience, managing profit centers across country and Latin America He has been accredited with implementing & operating first captive telesales/ telemarketing center in India on dry signature model for ICICI with collective revenues of more than 180 crores in the year 2007.

Neeta Joshi

A Market Research professional with over fifteen years of experience in the B-2-B ie. industrial market research, research support for global consulting firms, due diligence and white label research. Currently working as AVP – Research Process Outsourcing with Markets and Markets LLC, Pune, she has worked with various research organizations like ValueNotes Database Pvt. Ltd, Pune, Marketing & Market Research Consultants (MMRC), Pune etc. Her expertise lies in specialized research across several sectors, adept at identifying research needs for clients, scoping and execution, client relationship management and networking with clients besides identifying HR and training needs, conceptualizing customized training modules and execution

Raghuraman Mohanakrishnan

A C.A., C.S. and I.C.W.A., Mr Raghuraman is a quintessential finance professional with more than seventeen years of experience in various organizations of repute. He has a wide range of expertise in areas like accounting, tax, legal and other aspects of corporate Financial Management. He is presently the Group Financial Controller at William Lea and has had a successful stint in India managing Accounts Payable and in UK managing European Finance operations.

Bhawana Khattar

A Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing and graduate in Mathematical Statistics Hons from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University, Ms. Bhawana has fifteen years of rich experience in varied fields. She has been associated with the education industry for the past 8 years and has worked with Informatics Computer Systems, FIITJEE Ltd & Alpine Industries Ltd. She has successfully implemented turnkey ‘Computer Literacy Programs’ in private and public schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas at National level in liaison with Ministry of Human Resources Development, Department of Education at central level, state governments and UTs.

Suman Shreshtha

Mr. Shrestha has 16 years of experience as a college administrator and academician. He is deeply committed to professional training and teaches diverse subjects such as Principles of Management, Human Resources Management, Business Environment and International Business. He has also been associated with Travel and Tourism Industry and has expertise in Marketing. Mr. Shrestha holds a Masters degree in Applied Economics from Lucknow University and Master in Public Administration from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He has been working as the Campus Director of Kathmandu Campus for last one year.
